Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I coordinate the information from consultants and contractors to make sure the building is buildable. I identify clashes and problem solve to create a design which works/ I ensure that the designs comply with building regulations and british standards. I go on site to make sure everything is up to standard and built correctly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as i like working on site and meeting new people. I like to solve problems and make sure that the buildings are buildable. I like learning new things at university

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes i have learnt new programmes, like Revit, AutoCAD and 4Project. I have learnt better communication and written skills by writing emails and talking to people on the phone. I have learnt so much about construction.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think my programme is well structured, i go to university every week on the same day and then work the following four days in my site office. I have a plan of action every morning and have reviews with my apprenticeship team and managers.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support with my employer. I can have study days to get my work done.

i think it is beneficial for me to have although i do think that experience in the role is better
