Over 16s can combine hands-on training with study, to get a nationally recognised qualification while earning a competitive wage on our apprenticeship programme.

Our two-year graduate programme offers practical experience, rotations and training, working with industry experts. It will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at the Berkeley Group and will give you exposure to all areas of the business on planned rotations in the first six months. From day one you will gain the real hands on experience on cutting edge projects while being supported and by market leading experts.

We are looking for motivated people to take on an apprenticeship with us in areas such as Construction Support, Quantity Surveying, Technical Build and Business.

You start your career with a one week induction designed to give you insight into the Berkeley Group, exposure to different departments and developments plus the opportunity to network with employees from different areas of the business.
