Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Interacting with both internal and eternal parties regarding prelim items for overheads, site, sales and customer care. I look after all sites in our region including head office. Daily tasks include; invoice queries, buying stock, tendering, setting up new suppliers, assisting customer care etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find my programme very enjoyable, however there is always room for improvement. As am apprentice I believe that people don't respect us as much and go straight to our line managers instead.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt communication skills, how to use different types of software, how to use our IFS system where we put all our orders on.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Myself and Stav have monthly reviews to go over work, the apprenticeship and personal life. I believe she is very supportive and gives good advice and is okay to tell me when I am in the wrong which is nice.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive very minimal support from the provider, they could see that I was struggling and did not offer help. myself and Stav had to push for it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My role helps the work through the apprenticeship make more sense and vise versa.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
