It helps very well as what we learn is about our qualification and we should and need to know this to progress further once qualified and out in the world on our own.

BAE is a good secure company to work for, helping the community, opportunities for new career paths at any age, also happy to develop their current and new staff.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
To make sure your dedicated and that you are ready to learn and commit to a full time career. that it isn't easy but there is also support and help from colleague and management and team leaders.
