To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoying the opportunity to be able to make time to learn - the reading materials are particularly interesting, and attending the virtual events is particularly good as a homeworker.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely given me more confidence in my management skills. It's also given me a better understanding of the business as a whole, including overviews of areas I am not usually involved in, like finance.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's very structured, with clear dates and deadlines. There is also a good level of common sense re tweaking this if deadlines become impossible due to holiday/ other business demands - a good balance I'd say.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are very understanding that I need to make time in my week to complete my training. It's sometime challenging during busy periods, but flexible working helps with this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My mentor is particularly good - always happy to answer ad-hoc questions and suggest ways of working through certain modules I'm finding difficult.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I did an academic degree - so my only role experience has been on the job. Understanding the theory behind business strategy & decisions has deepened my knowledge considerably and helps me make more educated decisions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I'm a homeworker - but we do have homeworker social events, as well as opportunities to travel to larger company events.

I've worked here a long time - I think I;d struggle to find another company who offered the same package - the flexibility I need to juggle a young family, a culture that I really like, and job training/ support.
