I am a solicitor working on litigation cases and managing a team of 6/7 other lawyers. I am also doing a Master/ apprenticeship Public Management and leadership course
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed challenging myself and learning about public management and leadership. I haev widen my internal and external network of colleagues

The programme at University is very structured and organised. with online learning and campus days as well as frequent check ins with a person l tutor

I am very support by my line manager and head of department who encourage my involvement in projetcs which will support my apprenticeship
