Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role at the start of the apprenticeship was a paralegal dealing with conveyancing matters relating to residential properties also dealing with solicitor queries, requisitions from the Land Registry plus other conveyancing matters
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am about to complete my end point assessment and found throughout the apprenticeship I have been able to continue with my work and to study and given the relevant time off work to complete this
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills as I am now able to attend client meetings and provide feedback in relation to complex legal matters and feel confident in the various different tasks I am provided with on a daily basis with limited supervision
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well organised as I am able to discuss any issues with my manager and provide feedback if there are any issues associated with the programme
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Enough support as I had to take a break from my studies due to a bereavement and was allowed to resume my studies when I was able to without any pressure from my employer. My learning agreement was extended by the training provider which was agreed with my emoloyer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Enough support has been provided and have received additional support due to my bereavement and the necessary information provided to enable me to undertake my End Point Assessment e.g., revision materials and links relevant to the EPA e.g., interview techniques.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me to perform better in my role as I have now been promoted to a Legal Officer due to the various tasks I have completed and undertaken as a paralegal
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are always various networking events plus activities which is sent via our intranet weekly to all employees within the organisation and is up to the individual if they wish to attend.
