Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Support the development and implementation of the: BSIP, Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme and Local Transport Plan. Monitor bus related performance indicators and provide ad hoc data support. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across a number of topics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much, found the programme content engaging, challenging and easy to apply to my role.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through the Multiverse apprenticeship I have improved and learnt new data analysis skills. Additionally, I have broadened my knowledge of data legislation.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, however there were a few changes to the programme format which I felt could have been communicated more effectively by the provider.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from across the organisation, including management, was brilliant. I was able to allocate time in my diary to complete the apprenticeship and colleagues supported me with project work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support from my coach and session facilitators throughout the programme, easy to contact my coach to receive help when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills and knowledge learnt have made some processes of data analysis more efficient, insights are also more meaningful and accurate.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
