Lloyds Banking Group has a welcoming and vibrant environment, where there are many opportunities to connect, learn and grow. Have a great manager and a team who's always there to support!!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much and I'm glad I took on an apprenticeship compared to going Uni, as I'm gaining work experience and connecting with colleagues with many years of experience

Yes since starting as an apprentice I've learnt many skills both technical and soft skills.

The programme is quite organised and allows us to prep beforehand

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have a learning mentor assigned who assists us with questions relating to the apprenticeship specifically and provides us with guidance on how to strucutre tasks so we have the best possible chance of doing well
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think that it helps us aprentices in many ways, as we can apply the theoretical knowledge practically when focusing on day to day work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are many activites that I have had the chance to participate in such as mentoring aspiring apprentices, career events etc
