Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role on a day to day basis involves lots of different tasks, from supporting the team in housekeeping tasks, minuting meetings, sorting data to help with quarterly reports.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I thoroughly enjoy it but I would recommend anyone wanting to do it make sure they have the time to fit it in otherwise you do end up playing catch up for a while. Time off bank holiday Christmas anything that can make you fall behind you really need time management and support from managers.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt lots of new skills within PowerBI and excel formulas I wasn't 100% on as they are used less frequently.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is very well organised so you can really plan ahead on time needed for projects and modules. Making sure you have that planned out time is very important.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Great support if asked for not so much if it is not asked it wont get mentioned which can then make me feel like its forgotten when being asked to help support other tasks.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Coaches have been great multiverse is really helpful and they offer 1-1 session for catch ups on anything not sure off.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel it has helped me loads in my day to day job tasks and performing them quicker.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
No
