Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my role involves improving and managing manufacture. for example in my exit role I work in man eng build line support where I solve issues with production and source new tooling solutions etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the program and felt I got a balanced experience of the whole business and all aspects of my role and other functions. and I have enjoyed every placement I have been put on.

I have learnt and developed a range of general enineering skills and role specific skills such as problem solving interpreting drawings and providing technical guidance as well as presenting skills and general time keeping and other basic skills

I received support in all aspects of learning as well as regular check ins with early careers

for the most part the support we were given was great but one tutor wasn't really helpful when answering questions/giving feedback and provided limited guidance which was frustrating
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

yes it does as it provides a good grounding in all asepcts of engineering

yes we went on things like outward bound and plenty of other social things on offer
