Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
R&D of projects set to me by my mentor and other engineers, Reporting of work to my college for the completion of my course, Learning on the job for my specified role, Completion of college work through the day when it is required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the programme a lot, I like being on site an getting a hands on experience with everything. It is also just a cool experience to be in the proximity of something so massive and critical to everyday life.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Learnt many new skills especially on software that I had never previously come across.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme structure is ok, there isn't supposedly a set pathway for me to follow at work unlike at college however I still do learn things at a relative path and in a logical order.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive adequate support form my employer in all categories, all I have to do is asked and it will either be reviewed on the spot or taken to a higher level.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The training provider does have good tutors and so far I have being achieving what is expected of me so there training and support is satisfactory without a doubt.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Specific parts of the qualification that I am studying have beneficial to me especially in my specialisation however other parts aren't as relevant and I wont use them particularly as much.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I assume there is within the entire company however there hasn't been many at my site specifically , I assume there will be a few over the coming years but I'm not particularly bothered if there is or not. This may just be due to be not being here for long.
