4/5
Everything i've just listed in question 1 is a new skill that i have learnt on this apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme was well structured, apart from the fact that we chose our path as a fitter / toolmaker / etc, after 1 day of doing each of those roles, instead of after doing months in each of those sections and then choosing which we preferred and wanted to do for the next 40+ years.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received lots of support from my employer, assessor and union.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I received all the support that i required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Learning topics like mechanical principles and further maths would be beneficial to me if i go on to work in an engineering role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
I'm not sure
