Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I really enjoy the work, its fun, interesting and challenging. College days are a Monday and the content delivered is helpful, however with it falling on a Monday we lose out on lessons due to bank holidays.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

From a work prospective i immensely the work is fun, interesting and the right level of challenging, there are a few hick ups with college but i hope they work out soon.

I could no possible list all the skills i have learnt while in placements, each one is different and requires a new skill set that i am not only supported in developing, but actively encouraged.

Why?
There is every opportunity to succeed you just need to put yourself forward. they are super accommodating to needs and the work is interesting and challenging
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Its very fast paced you essentially have 3 work flows you need to keep on top of company work, college work and apprentice work.
There is support but its better to keep on top of it as much as possible.
oh and put yourself forward for things, even if its a little scary.
