I am an aircraft fitter, my role involves working with a skilled person tuesday to friday and learning the job role from them. so that i can complete the job on my own.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i do enjoy the programme, however sometimes there isnt enough work or it can be complex. therefore it does have room to improve

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many new skills, such as milling, drilling, riveting. these are taught as you complete the apprenticeship

it is well structured, however sometimes it has been unorganised but this is improving. it is clear what work i need to complete and when i need to complete it by.

You have to put yourself forward for the support, but eventually it can be helpful.
