when i first joined in September, my CIPS Course didn't start until December, which left a large gap of time which wasn't filled effectively with an appropriate workload, since then they have improved significantly and i am fully satisfied with the workload and guidance that has been given.

Not that support is necessary in most situations, if i did reach out support would be given and actions would be in place to support my queries. Especially from my line manager who is extremely helpful and understanding.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The support i receive is positively overwhelming, i have my own tutor given to me to support my work (this is not learning support however a compulsory tutor given to all apprentices within my course)
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My tutor checks over work that will be considered within my end of apprenticeships portfolio review, which will allow me to get out of my time with a better and higher qualification than if he wasn't there.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
