supporting the business within my placement, helping wherever needed, meeting people, completing my daily task. I work on a project right now, and have alot of internal interaction, I havent had much external interaction yet.

I've learnt so many new skills, its actually unbelievable and difficult to list, I've developed so many different aspects of me that I would have never thought I would develop.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its well structured and organised, however I feel that changes sometimes shouldnt be made to an active cohort and any new changes should be for the next cohort.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of help, and alot of feedback. It's easy to see where I need to develop in order to attain my end qualification.
