Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Looked at the budgeting and costing of the Finance department. Have spoken to people from different divisions and learnt about their jobs, and their background. Have been given various networking opportunities. Have also worked on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion project for my manager. In charge of looking at Natwests approach to DE&I and creating a survey to analyze how to improve it.
Also working on a business project, considering climate and sustainability, and how natwests approach can be improved, utilizing non financial metrics.
