What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very open and friendly. Everyone is extremely happy to share their knowledge and experience with you but also genuinely want to hear about your career journey and ambitions too. It is clear that Latham wants to support its lawyers' professional and personal growth.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Highly. I gained a practical and first-hand insight into the work of M&A and Antitrust lawyers in a way that I could not otherwise learn by merely researching online about the firm.
