Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of taking on tasks I am set with a clear plan and understanding of what I’m going to be doing. Asking the qualified persons any questions if I’m unsure. Also taking notice when my help is needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’m grateful to say that I enjoy going to work and have enjoyed my time throughout my apprenticeship so far and know it will continue that way. There’s always a good working environment and the support is always there from on site and in the office.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills whilst working for SEEN. Knowledge wise consists of Electrical/Security/Fire alarms/Data/Wifi etc. I have also learnt good communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I’ve always been given support from the guys working on site and also in the office to get me through any struggles I’ve had throughout my apprenticeship and questions have always been answered when I haven’t been sure on something or want to learn something.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support has always been provided inside and out of work which I greatly appreciate.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from my training provider is good and there has been much to learn and I have felt like the support they have given has helped.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives more of an understanding of regulations and the theory side of things which is interesting to learn beside from the practical side of things.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There has been quite a few social activities and team building days which have been great to be a part of. It brings a stronger relationship as a whole of the company.

Why?
SEEN services are nothing short of inspiring when it’s comes to a business. I’ve enjoyed working for SEEN and have always been given support when needed. Every day is a different day and there has been so many jobs I’ve learnt things on that I never thought I would be able to learn.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Seen Services?
Would highly recommend working for SEEN as they are great to work for the list is endless. I have always enjoyed working for the business.
