I run shifts on a day to day basis - overseeing many things such as money and business as I am a shift leader at McDonald’s
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program as I finished university and started this, it is a good way to keep my mind ticking while educating

Yes. I have learnt many skills and theories since joining onto my apprenticeship and enhanced current skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very structured, I set myself specific days to complete tasks and my learning coach also sets certain dates that we meet online for.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive all the support I need, however I have not asked for any as I am very comfortable
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support as I can message [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] whenever I need, I also am given a good platform on our learning days when we meet if there is anything additional I need to go through
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it helps with small things which actually in the grand scheme of things, are big things without realising so it has helped me see things from different ways
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we do social events and things such as the annual McDonald’s Cup.
