3/5
I enjoy the work I complete at Arup - I feel like I am treated with respect and trusted to contribute to project work. However, university creates a stressful environment due to the disorganisation.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt lots of new skills, many specialised to the work I am doing, but some more general such as GIS and excel.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
I value the study leave I am given by Arup, however the university programme is not at all organised or communicated. This is improving, but the way we receive this information is not with understanding of the stress that we have been put through

4/5
I am part of the Neurodiversity and LGBT+ working groups.
