Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Differing tasks ranging from doing redline CAD drawings to sitting with the team in meetings about different projects I am involved in. I work mainly with my team and have not much responsibility as I am new to the role but am taking on more work each week.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I feel like I have the freedom to learn at my own pace and not drain myself, its also nice that I don't have to take work home with me like I used to in hospitality other than uni work obviously.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I have become better at maths, electrical principles, learned loads about electronics; analogue and digital. I have become more confident working independently and working in a team.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is very well structured, I have plenty of time for my learning and to understand the tasks I am given at work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive enough support, it is dependent on the task and how much I ask for.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Enough, as stated before.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
They are good but sometimes not very organized and can be frustrating when I am putting in lots of work and am trying and they let me down by not being organised and on top of things.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Sometimes
