5/5
It has given me an academic understanding of why I do what I do and they want in which I do it.

Yes. Both on the job and through my academic studies I have learnt new methods to my approach to training and management.

5/5
Very well organised.

As much as I need. My particular unit is very helpful when it comes to any additional time or resources that I need for my studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I haven't need any but I know that the help is there if I need. Several mediums of assistance are available.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It has helped me adapt how I have always operated and given me many more strings to my bow.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Not really as I am an isolated unit in a very small location. Previous units have an abundance however.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend The Army to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It has been the best job I have ever had and although frustrating at times, has given me some of the best friends and experiences I could have ever asked for.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Army?
Take the rough with the smooth. When you are sleeping in a whole in the ground for a month, you appreciate the times where the Army is paying you to do a degree and stay in the Hilton.
