To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my programme from a theory perspective and found the course certainly stretched my understanding from an academic point of view.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Tonnes of new skills, particularly around managing people, upskilling colleagues, coaching and mentoring and how to influence colleagues.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have felt the course lacks structure at times in terms of guiding the implementation of learning. I have had relatively few reviews whilst on programme and that led to a lack of guidance on building my portfolio of evidence.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been great all the way through and have supported me when required both in terms of coaching/mentoring but also in terms of exposure.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Social events within my team as well as enrichment opportunities around sporting activities which raise money for local charity.
