My role is to learn and master the trade in the most efficient way possible. This involves me trying my hardest and staying enthusiastic with whatever task is put in front of me, listening closely and not letting mistakes get me down.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme to a pretty high degree. It has made me appreciate things more and also taught me valuable life lessons.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of skills since I started my apprenticeship including communication skills, technical skills and I have also gained lots of confidence. I am constantly trying to develop old and new skills and love to expand my arsenal of critical knowledge of the trade.

It is organised well as my employers keep track of my progress and help me out wherever they can.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support of my employer whenever I am struggling with a task. They encourage me to figure stuff out on my own but I am ever completely stuck with something they will do their best to help me out.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It help me understand why I’m doing certain tasks rather than just doing them because I’m told to. This helps me overcome challenges as I know what outcome I am intending to get.
