As an Account Executive at Softcat, my role is crucial in driving the company's success. My day to day involves building relationships with colleagues and customers, and maintaining those relationships. A big part of that heavily involves working with a team of colleagues with different specialties within Softcat, who assist in supporting my customers and their IT Infrastructure. As my role is dynamic and involves a mixture of calls, meetings, planning, executing, maintenance, repeat. It is really important to be proactive, adaptable and customer focused to actually succeed. This qualification teaches me as I do the job so it automatically helps me perform well. There are endless of training materials I refer back to if stuck.
