Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I currently work within a pot in which account managers send tasks into to complete for customers, for example: creating a quote, finding out ETAs, Deal registration and various other things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have became a lot more confident when speaking to people as I previously felt I used to be quite shy and I also have learnt many new practical skills regarding the sales process

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, we have dedicated time to complete our apprenticeship work so that we are not overfaced with doing actual work and the training at the same time which is very useful.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support is provided, there is always someone I can go to for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider looks after me very well and provides a lot of support to succeed in my apprenticeship tasks.

I think that the qualification will be great to have and will give me a lot more confident when transitioning into a permanent role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I regularly play football with my colleagues at work on Thursdays and i also have been on team nights out and a Christmas do which were all very enjoyable.

Why?
The social environment of the company is amazing and everyday you are in the office it's always the best balance of fun and getting work done, I feel like I'm going to work will all my close friends! which is how I feel it should be.

Just be yourself, they love genuine people but also make sure you maintain a professional image.
