Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Creating content for our online sales team channels, learning different aspects of excel for data entry.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoyed my programmed, I found it to be educational in a sense I was learning everyday yet still inviting. The team I was matched with made each day enjoyable.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
An understanding and further knowledge or Excel and pother Data storing and tracking applications as well as brand guidelines around a variety of different brands

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The time given by Molson Coors to complete all programmed work was more then enough and structured so that I was never overwhelmed. I had issues with the apprenticeship provider but my employer helped anywhere they could along the way.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received more help and support from my employer then I have ever in the past. I experienced a long period of sudden illness during my apprenticeship which my employer help support me through and keep me on track during my apprenticeship whilst ensuring I was okay to do so.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
I experience little help from my training provider during my apprenticeship, the switches of tutors and discontinuing the qualification half way through meant it was hard to complete work at times as multiple people were checking work and giving completely different advice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I had previously completed a University degree in a similar area so I personally found the qualification to not be overall helpful as I knew a lot of the information, but it did help refresh my mind on topics I had forgotten from the past.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
No I did not, but there are many activities and teams to get involved in my schedule didnt work around ones I would have considered.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Molson Coors to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have found Molson Coors to be one of the best companies to work for, they are supportive but driven and help push each and every person to be the best they can while helping and supporting people to get to that point.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Molson Coors?
Some roles are harder then others and it can be quite daunting at first but people will always help and support you along the way you just need to ask. It can seem daunting but everyone has to start somewhere.
