HR Advisor Review

As an HR professional, I manage both policy-driven and non-policy transactions, offering guidance and support while interacting with associates across all levels. My responsibilities include processing tasks such as maternity and paternity leave, career breaks, pay-related issues, and enrolling associates into private medical insurance (PMI). Additionally, I oversee projects like holiday purchase schemes and cycle-to-work initiatives.

It is very organised, and when you miss a section you can always go to the app and get the recording.

I received some support, which was helpful, but I feel that having an entire day dedicated to study or focused work would have been significantly more beneficial. At times, we're required to allocate just an hour here and there to complete our tasks, but in my opinion, this approach isn't particularly effective. A scattered schedule often disrupts concentration and productivity. I strongly believe that having a full day specifically reserved for studying or deep work would allow for more thorough engagement, better results, and a smoother workflow overall.

I have seen things differently, helping me to be better in what i do. Thinking critically and outside the box once i am face with task or challenges.
