Yes! My manager and the team are great, and I feel TJX gives me all the support

Yes, in the last 8 months I had the opportunity to be exposed to management activities and looking after the peak team who joined us for peak

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme in TJX is very well organised, but my Skill coach from SR Apprenticeships is not that great with explaining who will be the structure

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager always ask if I am taking my apprenticeship time, and also helps me when I need advise for my assessments

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had good skill coach doing the workshop, who were clear.
I have a English skill coach who is amazing, explains every detail.
But my direct skill coach is not good with her communications, I thought was me, but when she is the one doing the workshops, everyone seems to be confused. It wasn't clear all the structure of the programmer with them, it took me a few months to understand everything

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am learning a lot about people professionals, and TJX providing me time to shadowing other areas and learn from other people has been great. Being part of the recruitment team I was not that exposed to a lot of thing related to Human Resources and now I can see how to link this to recruitment.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are some groups who you can join and participate on discussions, I really want to participate on the wellbeing group, but I am strugulling now to balance work, personal life and apprendiceship. But is something I would like to get involved when I finish the apprenticeship.
