Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role includes assisting customers with all types of queries, through different platforms, eg. Social, Live chat, calls and emails.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy the apprenticeships and the new things I learnt, however they were some issues with Paragon and my trainer, which did result in stress and last minute changes.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I developed skills on communication and skill for myself, such as management techniques and coaching techniques.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was well structered, and each tasks was clearly displayed with due dates and the information that would help complete it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

TJX Europe provided a lot of support throughout, including regularly scheduled meetings and catch up's to see what more they could do to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was supportive, however I did feel like she was sometimes unsure, in the sense that her support for me was not always accurate. A week before my EPA was due, I found out I was not able to do it on the specific subject, due to already writing on this previously. However, this was not told to me before, and it led to last minute stress and me having to re-write the assignment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it taught me a lot of new skill and techniques that are applicable to my role, and gave me the ability to learn more functions my role. Upon completing my apprenticeship, I was also offered a secondment into a higher role job, which I think was only a possibility due to my apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

TJX Europe offer a company football and netball event each year in aid of comic relief, which everyone is encouraged to participate in.
