Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The sessions were remote. Each day we would be given an agenda of various activities and speakers; all the activities were focused on a set theme each day and introduced me not only to CMS but also to how business and law interact.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was very insightful and inspiring; we were able to speak with CMS partners and clients to give us an insight into how they got to their positions and why they had chosen CMS.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture is extremely friendly and the atmosphere was encouraging of all personalities. CMS has a strong culture that they want people to be as they are and do not conform to a set hierarchy, this was very clear throughout every experience I had.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed the insight a lot, it was great to experience CMS and learn more about how business and law connect - as well as have plenty of opportunities to get to know the other participants.
