My role is to gain as much exposure to the various aspects of the business, working within each department, I immerse myself in its processes and contribute to its day-to-day activities learning primarily from my peers.

very much so, i am excited everyday to come to work to learn and further develop.

yes definitely in terms of communication and professionality i think there has been a grave development

very well , especially for level 3 i really appreciated the planned structured days for the time we spent on rotation - especially central operations and store operations
