I receive a great level of support, but also flexibility to work at my own pace (with exams) which is helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

College is helpful. I would like to see more flexibility with in person and online college. I work best at my own pace, and am self motivated to work at home in my own time. I feel I go to college and waste a lot of really important time (around exams). I commute one hour to college each way - and have lots of breaks or talks about things that aren't relevant to my course from my tutor when I am in class.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not as of yet. Although this would be something I am open to. We do hold audit socials which is a nice touch, however nothing of the sporting type.
