Nursery manager - Oversee the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring it is a safe, secure environment for children to grow and thrive. Manage my staff team and support them in achieving their goals.

My apprenticeship has supported me to develop the skills i already had and to look at why and how i do things in setting. I have also shared lot of my new learning with my team to enhance their practice
