My role on a daily basis involves involves interacting with customer weather that is face to face or through the drive through speakers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is an amazing programme and it very fifty fifty with coursework and hours on the floor at work and i feel that it has helped to have monthly meeting with my coach

Very well structured in regards to coursework and on the floor time and aptem is great

I recieve quite a lot of support from my employer in terms of that I have a manager who i specifically check in with quite a lot and go through any questions I have with them

I recieve quite a lot of support from my training provider as I have monthly meeting with him and I can email or call him with any questions I have
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that it has helped me to perform better in my role as I am now able to recognise financial losses to the business and prevent them.

I have only worked there a year but I am part of the crew council and I particpated in the charity walk last year
