• Leading a system-wide Equality Impact Assessment for a system change
• Organising and attending meetings
• Creating slides and presenting updates at project meetings
• Writing minutes and devising agendas
• Sending out project communications to internal and external stakeholders
• Holding 1:1 meetings with stakeholders from across the system to build relationships and gain feedback on project work
• Responding to emails from stakeholders
• Holding stakeholders accountable for actions they need to complete
• Writing reports to meet the requirements of internal governance processes
