My social skills have come on massively since before I began the apprenticeship, as I have found myself in an environment where stepping out of your comfort zone is encouraged.

There is a clear structure of progression through the programme, from first starting to management and leadership opportunities internally within the business.

We receive lots of support from our employer as studiers, we receive pay for college days as well as work days, and we are given plenty of time to revise and prepare before an exam.

4/5
Lots of support is given to us by the training provider, lots of time and resources are provided to enable us to do as well as we possibly can when the exams come around.

5/5
The training from college input helps provide levels and depth to the baseline knowledge I've developed at work, helping me understand what I'm doing and why.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Regular social events take place to raise money for charity, we have done activities such as the great manchester 10k, charity 5 a side football and the yorkshire three peaks challenge
There are also regular social team building events
