- Enhancing productivity & efficiency in the organisation. On a day to day basis, I work with stakeholders on the issues they are having with their current work processes, and build digital products that will help/solve their respective problems e.g mobile app
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme, it's very intellectually stimulating, although I do wish there were opportunities to rotate with departments that work very close with the respective teams.

Ensure that you research the Japanese culture of the company, and the values it abides by as that is one of the most important aspects.
