Very positive - great working and social culture and lots of support for personal and professional development.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Complete ownership of projects that make a real difference. Lots of opportunities for stretch and development, including collaboration experiences with senior stakeholders in the business.

Given a Coach, Buddy, Mentor & Line Manager who are all very supportive, which bring the score up. It can feel disjointed at times from central HR, though this is improving.
How is your work-life balance?

Very strong company focus on physical and mental wellbeing. Work-life balance is prioritised as a company at all levels and is truly ingrained in the company culture.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Very welcoming, great social atmosphere and inclusive for all regardless of working hybrid/remote/in office. Hybrid working policy is flexible and suits most needs.
