My role is manage a team in a store while working alongside doing necessary tasks on a daily basis, Now I also complete my college work with blended learning
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it, can't believe after all these years I get the opportunity to do an apprenticeship

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes- my apprenticeship allowed me to unskill my IT skills and develope my management skills within the business

Extreemly well organised allowing me to have a great blended work experience. I have a mentor who I can link in with and the company support me hugely

A huge amount of support from the interview stage straight through to my time tables and linking in with me consistently

Yes! We have team bonding even ts funded by our store fund, this allows us to get to know each other inside and outside of work
