Career development, attraction,engagement with business stakeholders to utilise early in career schemes to attract new talent to the business as well as developing and upskilling current staff.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Good, can be difficult with work load but employer have been supportive in allowing time for availability to focus on the apprenticeship content needed

How well organised/structured is your programme?

From an employer perspective this is not part of a cohort however this is structured to ensure I had access to the correct SME in the business for any knowledge gaps.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received full support from my employer to be able to commit to the apprenticeship. I've had lots of opportunity for new learning and been able to step up where possible.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I've had a turbulent experience with the apprenticeship provider however the academic staff were knowledgeable and taught valuable content

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel I am more efficient in my role and take a more analytical view to how I approach my work. I would like to think I am more self reflective also helping me improve as I grow.
