I enjoy my role as a welder as I have plenty of work to practice with and time to build my skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy all of the practical work but I wish we didn’t have to do so many courses about “behaviours” as I know what these behaviours mean I feels like it should only be for the younger apprentices.

A lot I don’t think are qualification isn't very powerful as you just have a qualification in one role but you get a lot of help to achieving it.
