I enjoy the practical side and the skills I'm learning I do not like the tick box exercises thay make you do that take time away from your apprenticeship

Yes I have developed so very good new welding skills that I can take with me anywhere across the world

Most things are structured correctly and quite efficient but there are lots of improvements to be made on how some activities and courses can be run

Yes
Why?
Because the shift pattern give you a perfect work life balance and the wages thay pay for apprenticeships and core staff after far superior to anyone else
