Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

During the Business of Law week, we had a variety of sessions which were great. We heard from the Managing Partner and Senior Managing Partners and were given the opportunity to ask questions. We took part in a full day stimulation task which was really fun. We had the chance to speak to clients and charities that CMS work with. Every day was really structured.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was really easy to understand as we had multiple opportunities to speak to staff from CMS from top/down. It was a great experience and opportunity to be trusted to ask our questions and provide feedback too.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

AMAZING!
I've rejected another law firm's vacation scheme to be with CMS and I am so happy I did. Throughout the whole process, especially on the Academy I have seen a clear sense of culture and cohesiveness. I am so happy to be part of the CMS team!
