I’m a sheet metal worker I usually use thin metal to make pipes, lockers , brackets and anything else other trades need
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’m enjoying learning the new skills but also abit worried about going into the business under skilled

I have learnt new skill by the different tools and equipment I have used but also personal skills such as communication

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The origination is something abit poor as in collage teacher or some courses have caused problem but overall I say it is set up good and know what they are doing

I receive good support as I always get the help I need and my question do get answered if I have any as there always someone who knows more stuff
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a good amount of support as they are well experienced and know how and what to do with any problem I have

My qualifications will show I’m competent and know what I’m doing so when I go into the business I know I’m up to any challenge and confident

We went on an outward bound to team bound and also have share we can get involved in too

It’s a good business and the biggest around my area and they pay the best money once I’ve been quailded with good shifts
