my apprenticeship consists of completing projects related to my sales role such as explaining deals that have been successful and unsuccessful, cold calling customers, building relationships, prosecting accounts and selling I.T

I'm enjoying the program very much, as there is a lot of support from my training provider

built my confidence on the phone and understand a lot more within the I.T space, I have gained a greater independence and increased my work ethic.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the apprenticeship is very well organised with reminders of when we have certain calls coming up and detailed instructions on what we need to do.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a lot of support, as I constantly have check ins with managers and my learning mentor to make sure I'm not fulling behind

we have a check up every few months with the learning mentor to make sure we understand all projects

very well, we have an in person training course in which we learn many techniques and skills to ensure we are effective when dealing with customers and tips for calling and prospecting.
