I am an End User Specialist and my role is to have an in-depth knowledge on hardware and services that we offer at Softcat.

I really enjoy the programme as it is very interactive and the people on it are nice.

I have learnt more about technology being in a tech sales company as before I knew nothing past what the devices were.

It is well organised as they always send emails regarding the different sessions and keep us in the loop.
