I am currently an ACA trainee, my day-to-day role consists of preparing partnership accounts for medical practices, along with completing personal tax returns and pensions work for the individual partners and other GPs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the learning aspect of the apprenticeship programme as I could develop my knowledge and take this back into the workplace, increasing my confidence when speaking with client's about their queries.

I have improved my time management skills during busier periods by prioritising work with tighter deadlines.
My communication skills have also improved by undertaking day-to-day interactions with clients where I complete monthly VAT returns for them.
